JOB DESCRIPTION

• Maintain company records and employee records
• Create and update reports and database
• Coordinating office activities, supervise tailors works and other labor works
• Dealing with queries on the phones and Emails
• Arranging for both Internal and External events
• Office accounts maintenance Such as EB bills, office maintenance bills and other expenses
• Employee safety and welfare
• Handling couriers
• Submitting timely reports
• Handling employees issues

SKILLS

• Good communication skills
• Excellent in leadership skills
• Good organizational and interpersonal skills
• Excellent knowledge in MS office packages
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Multitasking ability
• Ability to work with professionalism and confidentiality
