About the Role
Were looking for a Senior Implementation Consultant who thrives at the intersection of technology, recruitment, and customer success. Youll work with our clients to understand their hiring workflows and implement HirePros solutions to drive business outcomes.
This role is perfect for someone whos client-focused, tech-savvy, and passionate about enabling HR transformation.
Key Responsibilities
Implementation Ownership
Lead end-to-end implementation of HirePro products.
Develop project plans, manage scope, and deliverables.
Be the primary point of contact for clients during the onboarding phase.
Product & Domain Expertise
Translate client needs into effective product configurations.
Guide customers in optimizing their campus and lateral hiring strategies.
Offer actionable insights and best practices in recruitment.
Cross-functional Collaboration
Liaise with product, tech, and operations teams.
Conduct training sessions for client teams to ensure adoption.
Create user documentation, reports, and client communication material.
Continuous Improvement
Capture feedback to inform product enhancements.
Help refine implementation methodologies and internal processes.
Required Experience
1. 4 years - 8 Years in implementation consulting, product configuration, or business analysis.
2. Experience working with SaaS platforms or enterprise HR tech.
3. Understanding of REST APIs, HTML, and enterprise tool integrations (basic level).
4. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
5. Excellent communication & stakeholder management abilities.
6. Passion for transforming recruitment through technology.
