Job Description
Duties & Responsibilities:
* Maintain strong communication skills.
* Establish and maintain cordial coordination with vendors, understanding and resolving their issues.
* Procure orders and manage necessary follow-ups.
* Resolve supplier issues related to purchase orders, inventory updates, order fulfillment, stock reconciliation, and invoices.
* Coordinate effectively with the warehouse team, logistics team, training team, and other stakeholders.
* Monitor dashboards and metrics to achieve desired outcomes.
* Evaluate suppliers using various performance metrics, including on-time dispatch, product quality control, and on-time fulfillment.
** Requirements & Qualifications :**
* Bachelors degree is required.
* A minimum of 3 years of experience in e-commerce as a seller coordinator, procurement specialist, or in a related position is essential. Experience with platforms such as Flipkart, Amazon, Nykaa, or Ajio is preferred.
* Proficiency in computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel), is required.
