Key Responsibilities


 Customer Service Executives (CSE)  Shiprocket

Were looking for passionate Customer Service Executives to deliver an exceptional seller experience at Shiprocket, Indias leading eCommerce logistics platform.

Youll handle daily seller queries, manage tickets and panel escalations, and ensure timely, high-quality resolutions by coordinating with internal teams. Responsiveness, ownership, and customer satisfaction will be your success mantra!


What youll do:


  • Manage inbound/outbound seller communication via calls, chats, and emails
  • Resolve issues within defined SLAs and ensure complete ticket closure
  • Coordinate across teams to deliver fast, accurate resolutions
  • Track recurring issues and share insights for process improvement
  • Drive NPS/CSAT, quality, and responsiveness metrics

What were looking for:


  • 14 yrs in Customer Support / Seller Success / Account Management
  • Excellent communication & problem-solving skills
  • Prior Background in SAAS companies preferred 
  • Highly responsive and customer-obsessed
  • Graduate in any discipline
