Job Description
We are having an urgent requirement for Backend Executive.
Please find below the details:
Location - Delhi / NCR
CTC - 12K - 25K
Exp - 1 - 3yrs
Job Responsibilities:
- Looking for candidates with back end profile domain - windows , MS Excel , MS Doc and Data Entry.
- Candidate with good customer support service skills would be preferred for customer support jobs.
- Candidate for Telecaller profile will be responsible for dealing with client queries.
- Candidates for call centre profile will be responsible for dealing with either domestic or international clients.
- Candidate experience in customer support voice process (Call Center).
- Inbound / Outbound process.
Selection Process and Job Location:
- Candidates have to go through Face to Face interview.
- Selected candidates will have choice to work either in day or night shifts.
- Candidates with backlogs / arrears in their degree can also apply.
Desirable Qualification:
1. Excellent Communication Skills (Written / verbal) is the foremost priority.
2. Good customer skills & should display good analytical abilities.
3. Prior experience in BPO Voice process shall be preferred.
