Power BI Lead @ Photon

We are looking for a skilled Power BI Lead with 5 to 10 years of experience to join our team at Photon Interactive Pvt Ltd. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT Services & Consulting and be proficient in Power BI.

• Design, develop, and implement Power BI solutions to meet business requirements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide data-driven insights.
• Develop and maintain complex reports, dashboards, and visualizations using Power BI.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Power BI performance, data quality, and security.
• Provide training and support to end-users on Power BI tools and features.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in Power BI and data analytics.

• Strong understanding of IT Services & Consulting industry trends and challenges.
• Proficiency in Power BI development, including report development, data modeling, and visualization.
• Experience with data analysis, data warehousing, and ETL processes.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders.
• Ability to design and implement scalable and efficient Power BI solutions.
• Strong knowledge of data modeling, database design, and data governance principles.
