We are hiring Customer Support Associates for our US Voice Process (Inbound Customer Support) in the Day Shift.

This is a Permanent WFH job.

Responsibilities:

• Handle customer queries through phone support (US Customers)
• Provide accurate resolution and deliver excellent customer experience
• Maintain professional conduct in all customer calls
• Follow-up via emails & calls to ensure customer issues are resolved.
  

Who Can Apply:

• 2+ years of Experience in US Inbound Voice Process
• Excellent English communication skills (spoken & written)
• No Career gaps more than 3 months
• Calm, Patient & Always Happy
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Anywhere in India

Salary Details:

• Between 2.40 LPA to 3.40 LPA
