Job Description

Process vendor invoices accurately and in a timely manner.
Perform three-way matching between invoices, purchase orders, and goods receipt notes.
Ensure invoices follow the proper approval workflow as per company policy.
Handle non-PO invoices in compliance with accounting standards.
Resolve vendor queries related to discrepancies, payments, and deductions.
Prepare payment proposals and coordinate with the Treasury team for execution.
Maintain and update vendor master data with proper authorization.
Track and reconcile accounts payable transactions and prepare aging reports.
Support month-end closing activities, including accrual entries.
Assist with internal and external audits by providing required documentation.
Ensure compliance with tax requirements (GST, TDS, etc.).
Identify and implement process improvement opportunities in AP operations.
Hands-on experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar).
Proficiency in MS Excel
