Associate/ Assistant Manager - Loyal Partners @ Delhivery

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

1. Partner Performance Tracking & Reporting

• Track daily partner utilization, on-time performance (OTP), and attendance across assigned zones.
• Ensure 100% monitoring of slot fill rates and highlight any shortfall in attendance or partner availability.
• Maintain and update daily dashboards and trackers for key metrics (Util, OTP, Attendance, Winback).
• Support the Assistant Manager in analyzing trends and sharing performance insights.

2. Partner Communication & Engagement

• Conduct regular outbound calls to partners for performance feedback, attendance confirmation, or issue resolution.
• Assist in executing engagement and recognition activities designed to improve partner morale and retention.
• Coordinate training sessions, collect feedback, and ensure participation of all active partners.
• Support the winback process by reaching out to inactive or low-engagement partners and driving reactivation.

3. Operational Coordination

• Liaise with centre executives, operations, and training teams to ensure partner readiness and deployment.
• Flag operational gaps such as attendance drops, route delays, or under-utilization to the Assistant Manager.
• Ensure proper documentation of all partner interactions, attendance, and feedback in system records.

4. Training & Compliance Support

• Coordinate and track completion of partner training modules (safety, service, process updates).
• Monitor adherence to Delhiverys operational and safety guidelines.

Support in implementing any new processes, tools, or compliance initiatives at the partner level.
