Job Description Travel Consultant
1. Job Role & Responsibilities:
Handle flight, hotel, and other travel bookings efficiently.
Manage ticket issuance, reissuance, cancellations, and refunds.
Provide real-time support for urgent ticketing needs.
Maintain records of bookings and generate reports as required.
Assist in resolving ticketing-related queries and concerns.
2. Qualifications & Experience:
Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in ticketing operations.
Proficiency in GDS systems (Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre, etc.).
Strong knowledge of airline fare rules, ticketing procedures, and refund policies.
Ability to handle high-pressure situations and multitask efficiently
3. Work Schedule & Location:
Full-time position based at the clients premises or Satguru Travel office.
