Job Description
Responsibilities
The resource would be part of the order management team and would be independently handling all Order processing requirements, Key Responsibilities includes:
- Should have strong Order Management knowledge
- This role requires frequent interaction with client through telephonic and email communication
- Sound knowledge of Manufacturing Processes (Procurement, Logistics, SCM etc.)
- Comply with and maintain knowledge of applicable rules, legislation, regulations, standards and best practices
- Support the Project coordinator for operational excellence and exceeding KPI targets
- Responsible for developing Process Flow, SOPs and documentation
- Sales Order, Purchase Order creation in SAP
- Follow up with Vendors for timely delivery of material
- Close co-ordination with logistics/cross functional teams to resolve any issues
- Correcting any errors which are received due to incorrect entry of orders by Supplier/Customer and ensuring they are in system for further processing
- Email Management
- Analytical and Problem solving skills
Mandatory Requirements
- SAP Functional Knowledge
- MS - Office (Excel, Word)
- Flexibility to any shift
- Strong E-mail and Customer call handling etiquettes
- Strong Oral and written Communication skills
Preferred Sills
- SAP Hands on Experience
- E-mail/Workflow handling tool exposure
- Manufacturing Industry Experience/Exposure
