Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Product Expertise & Onboarding

  • Serve as the primary Subject Matter Expert (SME) on all functionalities and best practices related to the Digital Menu Product.
  • Facilitate seamless, end-to-end onboarding of restaurants onto the Digital Menu platform.
  • Conduct comprehensive training sessions for restaurant managers and staff on effective use and management of the digital menu system.

Digital Menu Setup & Quality Control

  • Manage the complete setup of digital menus at restaurants, including:
    • Menu synchronization with the Point of Sale (PoS) system.
    • Coordinating with PoS partners to ensure accurate menu content delivery.
    • Performing Menu Quality Checks (QC) against the restaurants previous menu and obtaining written approval from the owner.
    • Collecting, optimizing, and uploading menu images.
    • Configuring menu content such as dish names, descriptions, categorization, add-ons, best sellers, and quick actions.
    • Setting up operational workflows like order relay on the Captain App.
  • Drive adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs) for digital operations.
  • Ensure full adoption of the Digital Menu platform across menu view, order placement, and pay bill features.

Relationship Management & Support

  • Act as the primary point of contact for all onboarded restaurants, providing continuous support and guidance.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with restaurant owners, managers, and on-ground staff to foster long-term partnerships.
  • Train and empower restaurant staff to independently manage and update their digital menus.
  • Maintain high-quality menu standards across outlets by focusing on:
    • Content: Accuracy, completeness, and updated pricing.
    • Accuracy: Ensuring the menu reflects current offerings and promotions.
    • Visual Delight: Optimizing menu layout, imagery, and presentation.

Growth Enablement & Feedback

  • Collaborate with the sales team to explain and implement growth levers available through the Digital Menu platform.
  • Present results and impact of growth initiatives to restaurant owners and managers.
  • Act as a feedback channel to the central product team, sharing insights and restaurant inputs for future product enhancements.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Proven experience in relationship management, account management, customer success, or a similar client-facing role preferably in the restaurant, tech, or SaaS domain.
  • Bachelors degree (preferably in Computer Science or related field) with strong technical acumen and the ability to quickly become an SME on a digital product.
  • Excellent communication, training, and interpersonal skills to manage diverse stakeholders, from restaurant owners to on-ground staff.
  • Strong ability to drive product adoption and enforce operational SOPs.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong focus on quality assurance, content accuracy, and visual presentation.
  • Goal-driven, with a passion for enabling business growth for restaurant partners.
