Position: Data Scientist
Experience: 8+years
Location:Mumbai/Bangalore/ Pune
TheJDforPythonDataScientistare as follows:
- The objective of this role is to use statistical computer languages (Python) to manipulatedataand draw insights from largedatasets.
- Develop predictive analytics solution using ML algorithms such as regression, classification and random forest.
- Build concept and category model using text mining algorithms.
- Conduct Peer review and offer recommendations on other peoples code
- Work with back/front-end developer to create sustaining pipelines for web applications
- Document the requirement to development process
- Skillset required for this role is Strong communication and interpersonal skills and ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage projects independently in an environment with competing priorities.
- Working closely with technical teams, and other organizations to understand the product anddata
- Finding and interpreting largedatasets to help predict costs
- Learning and understanding Boeing'sdataresources and knowing when, how, and which to use and which not to use.
- Identifying, analyzing, and solve systematic problems, while maintaining focus on the bigger picture
- Working together with the team to ensuredataanalysis and developed algorithms can be appropriately applied for negotiation support
- Ensuringdatacollected, analyzed and presented result in actionable insights for negotiation support
- Engaging and participating in negotiation support, to bolster the use ofdataanalytics within supplier negotiations
- Understanding high-level business objectives and continually align those objectives to meet the needs of the business.
- Able to multi-task, prioritize and project manage independently in an environment with competing priorities
- Experience working in a technical, operational or manufacturing environment with the ability to translate that knowledge into financial opportunities
- Diverse functional experience, with a desire to usedatain negotiations
- Excellent communication skills and a proven history of excelling in a collaborative environment as a key team player.
TCS Eligibility Criteria:*BE/B.tech/MCA/M.Sc./MS with minimum 3 years of relevant IT-experience post
Qualification.*Only Full-Time courses would be considered.
*Candidates who have attended TCS interview in the last 1 months need not apply.
