About the Role

We are hiring experienced Customer Service professionals to join our team for a US-based Internet Service Provider process. This is a voice-based role requiring excellent communication skills and a customer-first attitude.


Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound calls from customers to resolve queries/issues and provide accurate information about products and services.
  • Engage in active listening, confirm or clarify details, and manage difficult conversations with professionalism.
  • Respond promptly and empathetically to customer inquiries, ensuring a positive service experience.
  • Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products or services.
  • Utilize every opportunity to upsell/cross-sell relevant products during customer interactions.

Work Schedule

  • Shift: Rotational shifts
  • Offs: Rotational offs (5 days working per week)

Qualifications

  • Education: Undergraduate/Graduate from any recognized university
  • Experience: Minimum 1 year in any customer service role
  • Language Proficiency: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
