Company- ICICI Lombard General insurance

Role - Customer Relationship Manager (CRM)

Responsibilities - Addressing Customer queries and concerns on call

100% voice process and Inbound calling.

Qualification - Any Graduate

Salary -

*Fresher - 16 17K in hand (2.50LPA)

*Experience - up to 26K (3.7 LPA)

Shift timings

1) Male - morning 7 to night 12.30 (in between any 9.5 hrs of shift)

2) Female - morning 7 to night 8.30 (in between any 9.5 hours of shift)

Week offs -

5 days working and 2 days rotational week offs I.e. holiday

Location - Vashi
