Position: Senior Manager / Project Lead R&D (Wax Chemistry)
Location: Nasik

About the Role:
We are seeking a PhD-qualified Chemist with strong specialization in wax chemistry, particularly with polyethylene and paraffin waxes. The role will lead R&D projects related to synthesis, formulation, and application development for dispersions, emulsions, paints, coatings, and other industrial applications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead R&D projects in wax synthesis, modification & formulation.
- Develop advanced wax-based dispersions/emulsions for coatings, inks, and plastics.
- Conduct lab experimentation & guide scale-up from lab to production.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and support customer applications.
- Maintain high standards in documentation, safety, and compliance.
Requirements:
- PhD in Chemistry with 12+ years of relevant experience.
- Expertise in polyethylene and paraffin waxes.
- Experience with dispersions/emulsions for industrial applications.
- Strong analytical, project management, and problem-solving skills.
