Job Description

Role: Direct Taxation

Location: Navi Mumbai

Key Responsibilities:

Preparation and filing of quarterly TDS returns, resolution of TDS demands, and response to notices.
Analyze tax implications under Indian Tax laws and DTAA for intercompany and foreign vendor payments; assist in obtaining Form 15CB.
Support income tax compliance for resident and non-resident entities, including return filing.
Assist in Transfer Pricing compliance and corporate tax litigation (assessments, OGEs).
Provide advisory support on PE implications, WHT, and personal tax queries.
Participate in tax deal support and cross-border tax activities.
Represent before tax authorities for rectifications, assessments, and appeals.
Support book-tax provision reporting for group consolidation and tax audits (internal/statutory).

Qualification:

Chartered Accountant (Qualified in 2025)
Article ship experience in Direct Taxation preferred
