About the Role
We are seeking a seasoned Senior Project Manager / Program Manager to lead the end-to-end delivery of complex software development initiatives. The ideal candidate will ensure seamless execution across the project lifecycle while aligning outcomes with business objectives, timelines, and budgets. This role requires strong leadership, exceptional stakeholder management capabilities, and hands-on experience in Agile environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage multiple concurrent projects, ensuring delivery within scope, timeline, and budget.
- Serve as Scrum Master, driving Agile ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Stand-ups, Reviews, Retrospectives).
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define scope, objectives, success metrics, and delivery schedules.
- Partner with development, QA, product, and business teams to ensure smooth delivery of user stories.
- Identify and manage risks, dependencies, and constraints proactively.
- Ensure compliance with security, governance, and regulatory standards.
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation (roadmaps, plans, meeting notes, post-implementation reports).
- Utilize tools such as JIRA, TFS, and Confluence for tracking, reporting, and documentation.
- Prepare and deliver periodic project status reports and dashboards to leadership and external partners.
Required Skills & Experience
- 12+ years of IT project management experience, preferably in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
- Strong working knowledge of Agile practices and tools (Scrum, Kanban, JIRA, TFS, Confluence).
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong organizational skills with expertise in risk management and issue resolution.
- Experience managing large-scale technology programs across distributed teams.
Preferred Qualifications
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification.
- PMP certification is an added advantage.
- Experience working closely with both technical and business teams.
