Job Description
An exciting opportunity awaits enthusiastic Finance Operations Associates to join our client, a globally recognized education consulting firm based in Bengaluru. In this role, you will manage contract processing, invoicing, and credit memos, address customer queries, and support month-end reporting. You will also assist with cash collections, enhance finance workflows, and contribute to cross-functional team projects.
Location: Bengaluru
Mode of work: Work from office
Shift timings: 1 to 9 P.M
Experience:
- Minimum 3 years years of experience in finance operations, accounts receivable, billing, or general accounting support
- Hands-on experience with invoice processing, credit memos, and customer account reconciliation
- Exposure to month-end closing activities and basic financial reporting
- Experience working with ERP or accounting systems (NetSuite is a strong advantage)
- Prior experience in a customer-facing finance role (query resolution, collections follow-up) preferred
- Strong understanding of basic accounting principles and financial processes
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables preferred)
