Job Description
Position: Project ManagerIngenico ePayments (Formerly Tech Process Payment Solutions) is a Global Digital Payment company which provides dynamic payment platform through it's software, tailored solution & services. The company globally was established in the year 2000 with headquarter in Paris and presence in 50+ countries.
We proudly speak of our client list of 3000+ enterprises/corporates from diversified sectors - E-com, Retail giants, Telecom, Utilities, Education, Banking, BFSI, Government sectors etc.
As a key role, reporting to the Head Delivery, the person would be accountable for managing implementations, Customer delight and People management while driving initiatives that deliver on the Ingenico's vision.
Job Description
- 1) Project Delivery Execution -
- This position would include software delivery implementation for large complex enterprise accounts and managing the engagement of those projects.
- Ensure timely project deliverables, customer satisfaction, faster TAT.
- This position will manage multiple stakeholders and accounts under implementation
- Responsible for relationship building with Customer's top management and key stakeholders within the account and responsible for customer satisfaction and growth of the account.
- 2) Ongoing Delivery & Reporting-
Work with delivery teams to identify and resolve barriers to delivery
Manage cross-functional dependencies and ensure critical path is optimized
Manage risk and mitigation plan to avoid or mitigate any deviations on time and costs
Escalate & resolve issues, risks, delays and cost-overruns
Ensure process around go live is adhered to
Track delivery progress using Agile tools and available data
- 3) Team Management -
- People Management for a team of experienced Software Engineers and Business Analysts.
- Managing the capacity planning for the Project implementation.
- Qualifications
- Bachelor's Engineering degree in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum of 8-12 years of experience in managing the delivery roadmap for an IT company.
- Strong understanding of the software development and product management lifecycle
- Strong project management skills, processes ,time management, and problem solving skills
- Experience in complex engagements & Interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with and manage Stakeholders expectations (internal andexternal)
- Strong oral, written communication, analytical skills, planning and organizing skills to effectively plan own time and manage assigned projects
- Experience with Agile practices and their application to project execution.
