Job Title: Testing Trainer (Manual & Automation Selenium)

Location: Thane
Joining: Immediate Joiner Preferred
Salary: As per technical skills & experience
Employment Type: Full-Time (Work from Office)

Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct training sessions on Manual Testing, Automation Testing, and Selenium WebDriver

• Create and deliver structured training modules, assignments, and assessments

• Guide students on real-time projects, frameworks, and best practices

• Prepare study materials, presentations, and hands-on exercises

• Monitor student progress and provide feedback to improve learning outcomes

• Assist students with interview preparation: mock interviews, resume support, and Q&A practice

• Stay updated with industry trends and update course content accordingly

• Ensure high-quality delivery and maintain training effectiveness

Technical Skills Required:

• Strong knowledge of SDLC, STLC, Test Case Design, Bug Lifecycle

• Expertise in Selenium WebDriver, TestNG, Java basics (if required), and automation frameworks

• Hands-on experience with JIRA / Bugzilla / Postman (optional)

• Ability to explain complex concepts in a simple and practical manner

• Good communication and presentation skills.

Eligibility:

• Minimum 1 To 3 years of experience in Testing (Manual & Automation)

• Prior training/teaching experience is a plus.
