    Job Description

    Mahindra Holidays is looking for a dynamic and driven Relationship Manager with 2-7 years of experience in B2C sales. The role involves generating sales through cold calling, meeting prospects, delivering impactful sales presentations, and closing membership sales. The ideal candidate must be confident, energetic, and skilled in handling customers directly.

    A positive attitude, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a field-sales environment are essential. Candidates with experience in membership sales, insurance/policy sales, or direct B2C selling will be preferred.


    Key Responsibilities

    • Generate B2C sales through cold calling and direct field activities.

    • Schedule and conduct face-to-face meetings with prospects.

    • Deliver compelling sales presentations to convert leads into customers.

    • Manage customer queries, issues, and relationships effectively.

    • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline.

    • Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets consistently.

    • Maintain high levels of professionalism, customer service, and follow-up discipline.

    • Report sales performance and field activities regularly.


    Required Skills

    • Experience in B2C, direct, or field sales.

    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

    • Confident in cold calling and handling in-person meetings.

    • Pleasant personality and relationship-building capability.

    • Ability to work under pressure and achieve sales targets.

    • Experience in membership or policy sales is an added advantage.
