Job Description

    International BPO  Chat Process (UK Shifts)   Experienced in handling customer queries via chat for UK clients. Comfortable with late evening to night shifts (12:30 PM 2:30 AM IST). Flexible with 5-day working schedule and 2 rotational week-offs. Strong written communication skills, customer-centric approach, and ability to deliver high-quality support in fast-paced environments.

    Role & responsibilities

    • Handle customer queries via chat for UK clients with professionalism and accuracy
    • Provide timely resolutions while maintaining high customer satisfaction scores
    • Document interactions and update CRM tools as per process guidelines
    • Collaborate with team leads to improve process efficiency and meet KPIs
    • Adhere to company policies, shift schedules, and quality standards

    Preferred candidate profile

    • Excellent written English communication skills
    • Comfortable with UK shift timings (12:30 PM  2:30 AM IST)
    • Prior experience in international BPO/chat process preferred (freshers with strong skills may also apply)
    • Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and deliver consistent performance
    • Flexible with rotational week-offs and willing to work in a fast-paced environment
    • Strong problem-solving attitude and customer-centric mindset
