Position: Cluster Branch Head

Department: Sales Life Insurance

Experience Required:

• Total Experience: 4-5 years in Life Insurance industry

• Team Handling Experience: Minimum 2-3 years
  
  

  Key Roles and Responsibilities:

  1. Business Development & Sales Growth

  • Drive life insurance product sales across all branches in the cluster.

  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales and revenue targets.

  • Implement strategies to improve branch productivity and conversion ratios.

  • Identify new market opportunities and customer segments for business expansion.

  2. Team Leadership & Management

  • Lead, mentor, and motivate Branch Managers, Sales Managers, and front-line sales teams.

  • Conduct regular performance reviews and create action plans for underperforming branches.

  • Provide training, coaching, and support to enhance team capabilities.

  • Ensure adherence to company policies and performance standards.

  3. Channel Management

  • Strengthen relationships with internal and external distribution channels.

  • Coordinate with bank branch partners (if bancassurance model) to increase product penetration.

  • Improve partner engagement through regular meetings, trainings, and joint customer calls.
