    Description
    We are seeking a Senior Customer Service Representative to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have 1-6 years of experience in customer service, demonstrating exceptional communication and problem-solving skills to enhance customer satisfaction.

     

    Responsibilities

    • Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
    • Provide accurate information and assistance regarding products and services.
    • Resolve customer issues efficiently, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
    • Document customer interactions and maintain detailed records of inquiries and resolutions.
    • Collaborate with other departments to improve overall customer experience.
    • Continuously update knowledge of company products, services, and policies.


    Skills and Qualifications

    • 1-6 years of experience in customer service or a related field.
    • Proficient in using customer service software and tools.
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and local languages.
    • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.
    • Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
