Hiring for Customer Billing executive

Required:

• Strong command over English (mandatory)
• Good analytical & problem-solving abilities
• Ability to handle irate customers patiently
• Fast learner with good adaptability to process changes
• Multitasking capability with attention to detail
• Basic computer knowledge & typing skill

Eligibility Criteria:

• Education: Undergraduate / Graduate (Any stream)
• Freshers with excellent communication may also apply (if applicable for your requirement)
• English Proficiency: Versant level 6 / B2 (Mandatory)
• Excellent verbal communication & listening skills
• Comfortable with rotational shifts & rotational week offs
• Immediate joiners preferred

Experience & Salary

• 6-11 months: 3.88 LPA
• 1217 months: 4.40 LPA
• 18+ months: 4.90 LPA
