Job Title: HVAC Design Engineer (Clean Room / Data Centers)

Location: Pune

Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced HVAC Design Engineer specializing in Clean Rooms and Data Centers. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, planning, and implementing HVAC systems that meet stringent environmental and operational requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design HVAC systems for clean rooms and data centers, ensuring compliance with ASHRAE, ISO, and industry standards.
• Perform heat load calculations, equipment sizing, and airflow analysis.
• Develop detailed engineering drawings, layouts, and specifications using AutoCAD/Revit.
• Prepare BOQs, technical documentation, and cost estimates.
• Collaborate with architects, electrical engineers, and project managers for integrated solutions.
• Conduct site visits for installation supervision, testing, and commissioning.
• Ensure energy efficiency and sustainability in HVAC designs.
• Troubleshoot and resolve design-related issues during project execution.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• 4 to 7 years of experience in HVAC design for clean rooms and/or data centers.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and HVAC design software (e.g., HAP, Trace 700).
• Strong understanding of air filtration, humidity control, and temperature regulation.
• Knowledge of clean room classifications and data center cooling standards.
