Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Responsibilities :-

• Sharing Soft Copy invoices on a monthly basis within TAT to the client.
  
• Dispatching hard copy invoices/CC/Pods to client locations.
  
• Portal billing and invoice uploads on the client Portal.
  
• Printing invoices/CC, signing and stamping on invoices.
  
• Labelling and tapping of Packets.
  
• Updating dispatch details on Dashboard data
  
• Tracking of dispatched waybills. 
  
• Updating client email id/dispatch POC/address on monthly basis. 
  
• Handle queries through calls and Email follow-ups
  
• Invoice/MIS formatting as per client requirement
  
• Handle data effectively.
  

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• Graduate in any discipline or Equivalent (10+2+3) with minimum 2-3 year of work experience in Logistic/Supply Chain/ shipping domain. 
  
• Basic knowledge of Logistic/Supply Chain domain. 
  
• Good Communication Skills with fluency in English. 
  
• Ability to work under pressure situations.
  

Preferred Technical And Professional Expertise

• Proficient in MS office applications like MS Excel.
  
• Experience in handling queries via calls and emails is highly desired.
  
• Ability to work with a cross functional team (Ops/CC/Billing/POD team).
  
• Ambitious individual who can work under direction towards agreed targets/goals.
  
• Proven interpersonal skills while contributing to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
