Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers, understand their needs, and offer detailed information on jewelry products and care.
- Promote and influence sales to meet monthly and seasonal targets.
- Maintain high standards of visual merchandising and store presentation.
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Manage inventory, coordinate with departments, and operate POS, ERP, and other retail systems.
- Ensure the store environment is clean, safe, and welcoming.
- Complete payment transactions and merchandise preparation for delivery.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Excellent verbal communication in English and regional language.
- Basic computer and email proficiency.
- Knowledge of front-end retail operations and selling.
- Passion for sales, interpersonal and influencing skills, with the ability to work under pressure.
- Strong team player with a warm, empathetic, organized, and well-groomed personality.
- Willingness to learn, take ownership, and work flexible hours including weekends.
This role requires delivering a superior customer experience while driving sales growth and supporting store operations.
