Job Title: Counter Sales Executive Jewellery Retail

Location: Vizianagaram & Srikakulam, Andhra Pradesh

Industry: Jewellery / Fashion Retail

Salary: 15,000 20,000 NTH + Incentives (Based on experience and last drawn salary)

Gender: Male/Female

Experience: Minimum 1 year in fashion retail or jewellery sales preferred

Language: Fluent in local language & English is must

Age Limit: 18 32 years

Qualification: Minimum 12th pass

Job Description:

We are hiring enthusiastic and customer-focused Counter Sales Executives for a reputed jewellery retail brand in Vizianagaram & Srikakulam. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a pleasant personality, and prior experience in retail sales, preferably in the jewellery or fashion industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist customers at the counter in selecting jewellery products

Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate items

Maintain thorough knowledge of products, promotions, and offers

Ensure the counter is clean, organized, and well-stocked

Handle customer queries and resolve issues with professionalism

Meet and exceed sales targets, contributing to store performance

Assist with billing and follow company protocols

Candidate Requirements:

Fluent in English and local language

Minimum qualification: 12th pass

Age: 18 to 32 years

Experience in jewellery or fashion retail sales is preferred

Good grooming, pleasant personality, and strong interpersonal skills
