Job Description
Role & responsibilities
- Managing recruitment processes, including resume screening, scheduling interviews, and conducting background checks.
- Maintaining employee records and updating HR databases.
- Ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Must be able to communicate effectively with employees at all levels and build relationships to boost employee morale and engagement, fostering a positive and productive workplacce Contributing to the development and implementation of HR strategies that support the university's goals.
- Managing employee joining & separation processes.
Preferred candidate profile
Candidates with the degree of MBA (HR) & having 2-5 years of experience from the Education sector will be preferred.
