Were seeking an Automation Engineer with strong expertise in Ansible, Jenkins, Secrets Management, and modern observability tooling to help deliver secure, scalable automation across enterprise platforms.
What Youll Do
- Build and maintain Ansible automation for installation, implementation, provisioning, and configuration of enterprise systems.
- Implement and optimize standard out-of-the-box configurations for infrastructure, middleware, and automation modules.
- Develop secure CI/CD workflows using Jenkins pipelines (scripted + declarative).
- Design and automate Secrets Management using Vault, AWS Secrets Manager, Azure KeyVault, or equivalent.
- Implement End-to-End Observability & Monitoring using OpenTelemetry (OTEL) for logs, metrics, traces, and distributed system insights.
- Build SIS (System Integration Services) components required for advanced observability, integration, and automation workflows.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and enhance automation frameworks for performance, reliability, and security.
- Collaborate with global teams to standardize automation practices, infrastructure patterns, and monitoring strategies.
What You Bring
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in Automation / DevOps / IaC roles.
- Strong expertise in Ansible (installation automation, provisioning, configuration, roles, inventories).
- Solid experience building Jenkins pipelines and CI/CD automation.
- Proven background in Secrets Management automation (Vault / AWS / Azure).
- Working knowledge of OTEL (OpenTelemetry) instrumentation and enterprise observability frameworks.
- Experience developing SIS modules or integration components for monitoring, logging, and automation.
- Strong Linux, Git, scripting (Shell/Python), and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote, distributed engineering environment.

- Cloud experience (AWS / Azure / GCP)
- Terraform or Infrastructure-as-Code exposure
- Docker / Kubernetes
- Experience in Banking, Payments, or FinTech digital platforms
