Job Description
About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and self-driven Full Stack Developer with hands-on experience in React on the frontend and Node.js or Java on the backend. The ideal candidate should be passionate about building scalable web applications, writing clean code, and learning new technologies.
This candidate will be designated as a Full stack Developer Trainee or an Associate depending upon interview performance, current skill level & prior experience.
Key Responsibilities
Frontend (React)
- Develop responsive and user-friendly web interfaces using React.js, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
- Implement reusable components and UI patterns.
- Work with REST APIs to fetch and display data in the frontend.
- Optimize application performance and ensure cross-browser compatibility.
Backend (Node.js / Java)
- Develop backend services using Node.js (Express.js) or Java (Spring Boot/J2EE).
- Build and maintain RESTful APIs for application functionality.
- Integrate with databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL etc.
- Implement authentication, authorization, and application security best practices.
Preferred candidate profile
Technical Skills
- Strong knowledge of React.js, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML, CSS.
- Good understanding of Node.js (Express) or Java (Spring Boot).
- Understanding of REST API design and integration.
- Familiarity with databases (SQL).
- Basics of version control: Git/GitHub/GitLab.
- Knowledge of asynchronous programming, promises, hooks, and web performance basics.
- Excellent communication skills (written & spoken)
Good to Have
- Experience with UI frameworks: Material UI / Bootstrap / Tailwind.
- Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Understanding of CI/CD pipelines, Docker, or microservices architecture.
- Experience working with Redux or Context API for state management.
NOTE: This is an in-office FTE opportunity located in Hyderabad.
