Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Coordinating with all level managers in the organization for hiring needs
Understanding the Job Description.
Sourcing and screening the profiles from Naukri, Monster, LinkedIn
Scheduling the interviews through telephonic, virtual meetings, F2F discussions.
Follow up the candidates till the Joining.
Documentation for New Joinees
Maintaining the hiring reports.

Preferred candidate profile

Good Communication skills.
Good working experience in IT Recruitment.
