1 Full-Time Chat & Email Support

2 Part-Time Customer Service (Chat & Email)

Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries through chat and email in a professional and friendly manner
- Assist customers with order status, delivery queries, returns, payments, and product information
- Ensure timely responses and maintain quality standards
- Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Document customer interactions accurately
- Coordinate with internal teams for quick issue resolution
- Follow company guidelines, processes, and compliance standards
Eligibility Criteria
- Undergraduates & Graduates can apply for both roles
- Freshers & Experienced candidates welcome
- Strong communication skills (Excellent communication required for full-time)
- Basic computer & typing skills
- Knowledge of E-commerce preferred for full-time roles
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Customer-focused and responsible attitude
Salary Structure
Full-Time:
- Freshers: 19,000 CTC
- Experienced: 23,000 CTC
Part-Time:
- CTC: 13,500
- In-hand: 10,800
Shift Timings
Full-Time:
- Standard rotational shifts (details provided during interview)
Part-Time:
- Shift 1: 9:00 AM 2:00 PM
- Shift 2: 6:00 PM 11:00 PM
- 6 days working
Transportation:
- One-way cab facility available during odd hours
