Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced AI/ML Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, MLOps, and Generative AI, with hands-on experience in building scalable solutions using modern frameworks and cloud platforms. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying intelligent systems that solve real-world problems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement AI/ML models for various business use cases including predictive analytics, NLP, and generative tasks.
- Develop and maintain scalable ML pipelines using MLOps tools and best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate ML models into production systems.
- Perform data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation.
- Optimize model performance and ensure robustness and reliability.
- Deploy models on cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) using containerized microservices.
- Maintain documentation and communicate technical concepts clearly to stakeholders.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Technical Expertise:
- 410 years of hands-on experience in AI/ML development.
- Proven experience in:
- AI, ML, MLOps
- Text Analytics and Generative AI
- Strong programming skills in Python and Java.
- Proficiency with ML frameworks:
- TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, Scikit-learn
- Experience with cloud platforms:
- AWS, Azure, GCP
- Solid understanding of ML and neural network architectures:
- Ensemble Models, SVM, CNN, RNN, Transformers
- Familiarity with NLP tools:
- NLTK, Spacy, Gensim
- Experience with MLOps tools:
- Kubeflow, MLflow, Azure ML
