Technical Project Manager @ Ltimindtree

Job Description

Core Responsibilities:

- Senior Technical PM to support conversion of RPA processes from UiPath to Power Automate. We are looking for a PM who has technical, risk management and SDLC experience.

-Integrate PAD with enterprise systems and APIs.
-Provide technical leadership and guidance to junior developers.

-Perform code review against defined check list/standards.
-Strong knowledge of software development life cycle (SDLC) processes and methodologies, including Waterfall and Agile.
-Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify, communicate, and resolve technical issues effectively.
-Highly developed communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and internationally.

Required Skills:

-Strong hands-on experience with Power Automate Desktop with end to end from design to deployment of processes/bots.
-Proficiency in scripting languages (Python, VBScript, or C#).
-Knowledge of RPA concepts and process optimization.
-Familiarity with Azure services, connectors, Multibot Architecture, Work Queues .
-Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred:

-Experience with RPA Tools(UiPath/AA/Blueprism), Logic Apps, UI automation, and cloud orchestration.
-Exposure to enterprise-scale automation projects.
