Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and implement test strategies, plans, and processes for complex software systems.
- Lead and mentor a team of QA engineers, providing guidance on best practices and technical challenges.
- Design, develop, and maintain robust automated test frameworks and scripts. Perform end-to-end testing including functional, regression, integration, performance, and security testing.
- Collaborate with development, DevOps, and product teams to ensure high-quality releases.
- Drive continuous improvement in QA processes, tools, and methodologies.
- Analyze test results, identify root causes, and provide actionable insights.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements where applicable.
Required Skills:
- 6-10 years of experience in software testing, with a strong focus on automation and test leadership.
- Expertise in automation tools such as Selenium with Java
- Strong knowledge of programming/scripting languages (e. g. , Java, Python, JavaScript).
- Experience with API testing tools (e. g. , Postman, REST Assured).
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and tools like Jenkins, Git, Azure DevOps.
- Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
- Preferred Qualifications:
- ISTQB Advanced Level or equivalent certification.
- Experience in domains preferably Airlines domain
