Roles and Responsibilities

• Conduct cold calls to potential clients to identify their insurance needs.
  
• Provide expert advice on life and health insurance products to customers.
  
• Process client applications and follow up with them until policy issuance.
  
• Meet sales targets by upselling and cross-selling relevant policies.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 1-2 years of experience in BPO sales or similar industry.
  
• Strong knowledge of life and health insurance products.
