Role Details

• Position: Senior Salesforce QA Engineer
• Location: Mumbai, Bangalore, Nashik

Key Responsibilities

• Functional, regression, and integration testing for Salesforce Service Cloud
• API testing and DB query validations
• Client communication and requirement clarification
• Participation in agile ceremonies and sprint-level QA ownership
• Defect reporting, tracking, and closure
• Supporting AccelQ automation execution (preferred)

Required Skills

• 7+ years of QA experience
• 3+ years Salesforce Service Cloud
• Strong API testing experience (Postman/Swagger)
• SQL/DB validation skills
• Excellent communication; client-facing experience
• Ability to work independently in an agile setup

Good to Have

• Experience with AccelQ automation
• Salesforce certifications
• Knowledge of CI/CD, DevOps tools
