Job Description

Splunk Architecture & Design

Design and implement Splunk Enterprise and Splunk Cloud architectures at scale.
Architect Splunk ITSI including service modelling, KPI design, health scoring, and glass-table solutions.
Define strategies for data ingestion, parsing, indexing, and retention aligned with enterprise observability goals.
Develop scalable data pipelines for metrics, logs, traces, and events from hybrid environments.
Ensure Splunk platforms follow best practices for performance, security, and resilience

Implementation & Deployment

Lead end-to-end implementation of Splunk Enterprise/Cloud for various business units.
Implement ITSI Service Blueprints, Deep Dives, Multi-KPI alerts, and Episode Review Framework.
Integrate data sources from infrastructure, cloud, network, APM, security, ITSM, and third-party systems.
