Delta V Engineer, Lead
Technical/Functional Skills
Delta V Batch Engineering and Operational support
Key Responsibilities
Design and Configuration: Develop and configure DeltaV DCS Batch solutions in compliance with GAMP project requirements and Life Science industry standards.
End-to-end execution of Delta V projects: design, configuration, testing, and handover
Commissioning and Qualification: Support the commissioning and qualification (C&Q) phase of Life Science facilities, ensuring successful integration and operation of critical control systems.
Remote Operational Support: Provide operational and project support for Incident management
Service Request Fulfillment
Major Incident Management
Problem Management
Change Management
Service Level Management
Troubleshooting: Resolve software and automation-related issues during the C&Q phase and ensure smooth system integration
Continuous Improvement: Be accountable for system performance, continuous improvement, and large-scale innovation
Required Qualifications:
Experience: Extensive hands-on experience with DeltaV control systems and a proven track record in commissioning and qualification of biopharma plants
Technical Skills: Strong technical skills in Deltav DCS Batch Automation Design, Implementation, Testing and Validation troubleshooting, and supporting software systems
Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with industry standards such as ISA S-88, S-95, GAMP, GXP compliance.
Experience Required
Experience: Extensive hands-on experience with DeltaV control systems and a proven track record in commissioning and qualification of biopharma plants
Technical Skills: Strong technical skills in automation design, troubleshooting, and supporting software systems
Extensive knowledge for Configuration and testing of EM, Phase and Recipes.
Experience on DeltaV-MES interface, L2 integrations, report development
Knowledge of ISA95/S88 standards & practical use of these standards in application design, Knowledge of Pharma manufacturing.
Good Communication and Analytical skills

Knowledge of GxP, GAMP, 21 CFR Part 11
