Monitor end-to-end Order Management System (OMS) workflows including order creation, validation, payment, fulfillment, and shipment events.
Troubleshoot OMS issues such as stuck orders, integration failures, data mismatches, and system bottlenecks.
Monitor API performance, latency, error rates, and traffic using tools like Apigee, CloudHub, and MuleSoft Anypoint Monitoring.
Investigate and resolve API failures, timeouts, authentication issues, and payload validation errors across Apigee and MuleSoft gateways.
Analyze integration flows in MuleSoft, handle failed messages, and reprocess or escalate integration errors as needed.
Perform log analysis, system health checks, and environment validation after deployments or scheduled maintenance.
Follow Incident, Problem, and Change Management processes with accurate ticket updates and documentation.
Communicate clearly with business teams, vendors, and technical stakeholders during incidents and provide timely status updates.
Provide on-call support for high-priority issues, including nights, weekends, and holidays for P1/P0 incidents.
Work independently to triage issues while escalating critical problems to L2/L3 teams with detailed diagnostics.
Participate in daily monitoring, shift handovers, and post-incident reviews to ensure operational stability.
Continuously learn new tools, APIs, and integration patterns; stay proactive, self-motivated, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
