Walk-In Drive: Reservation Sales Agent

We are hiring Reservation Sales Agents with strong communication skills, sales ability, and a customer-first approach.

Required Qualification: Bachelors degree or diploma in Travel & Tourism, Hospitality, or Business.

Role Highlights:

• 0-5 years of experience in travel sales, reservations, or customer service (voice or blended process).
• Working knowledge of GDS platforms (Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo) preferred.
• Experience in outbound calling or lead conversion preferred.
• IATA Certificate Mandatory.
• Willingness to work in Night Shifts (Mandatory)
