A portfolio demonstrating a diverse range of motion graphic designs and video editing projects is required.
Proven experience working as a Motion Graphic Designer or in a similar role.
Proficiency in industry-standard software tools such as Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
Bachelor's degree in graphic design, Motion Design, or a related field would be an additional perk.
Strong understanding of graphic design principles, typography, and color theory and the application of corporate brand guidelines
Solid knowledge of motion graphics techniques, video editing, and animation.
Excellent creativity and artistic skills, with an eye for detail and a strong sense of visual aesthetics.
Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Technical and Functional Skills:
Proficient in various non-linear video editing tools and other software (Adobe Premiere, Photoshop,)
Experience with digital technology and editing software packages (e.g., Premiere, After Effects and Final Cut)
Deep understanding of digital trends and editing principles
Knowledge of a wide variety of image, audio, and video file formats, converting from one format to another, and the software required to perform such tasks
Strong oral and written communication skills
Strong interpersonal skills and effective relation building capacity with client, partner and internal team at different levels in the organization
Must be detail oriented and well organized
Ability to handle multiple projects and prioritize different tasks, meet deadlines
Ability to work effectively as a member of a diverse team
