 About The Role  

Project Role :Quality Engineering Lead (Test Lead)
Project Role Description :Leads a team of quality engineers through multi-disciplinary team planning and ecosystem integration to accelerate delivery and drive quality across the application lifecycle. Applies business and functional knowledge to develop end-to-end testing strategies through the use of quality processes and methodologies. Applies testing methodologies, principles and processes to define and implement key metrics to manage and assess the testing process including test execution and defect resolution.

Educational Qualification :15 years full time educationSummary:As a Quality Engineering Lead, you will lead a team of quality engineers, guiding them through the complexities of multi-disciplinary team planning and ecosystem integration. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure the delivery of high-quality applications, while also developing and implementing effective testing strategies that align with business objectives. You will focus on applying your functional knowledge to enhance quality processes and methodologies, ensuring that testing is thorough and efficient throughout the application lifecycle. Roles & Responsibilities:
  • Expected to be an SME.
  • Collaborate and manage the team to perform.
  • Responsible for team decisions.
  • Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
  • Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
  • Facilitate training and mentorship for junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Continuously evaluate and improve testing processes to ensure optimal performance and quality outcomes. Professional & Technical Skills:
    Must To Have Skills:
  • Proficiency in Veeva Vault.
  • Strong understanding of quality assurance methodologies and best practices.
  • Experience with test automation tools and frameworks.
  • Ability to analyze complex systems and identify areas for improvement.
  • Familiarity with regulatory requirements and compliance standards in the industry.
  • Additional Information:
  • The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Veeva Vault.
  • This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
  • A 15 years full time education is required. Qualification 15 years full time education
