Roles and Responsibilities

Manage escalated emails related to CIBIL through email.
Resolve issues like wrong credit data, score mismatch, and dispute status.
Provide timely resolutions to customers through effective communication skills.

Desired Candidate Profile

1-6 years of experience in an Escalation Desk or similar role handling customer escalations via email.
Strong understanding of banking processes and procedures.
