Answering Inbound Calls and addressing clients queries making Outbound Calls for collections and informing them regarding pending EMI and also doing sales pitch for various products.
Following up on cases and get it closed within defined TAT
Liaise with Department in resolving the cases.

Has good communication skills (written and verbal)
Knowledge of any of the following language is Mandatory -Kannada/Telugu/Gujrati/Bengali
