Job Description

Role & responsibilities

• 4+ years of experience administering and developing solutions within Jira and Confluence.
• Expertise in Groovy scripting for ScriptRunner automation and advanced customizations.
• In-depth knowledge of Jira Service Management (JSM).
• Experience with Jira REST APIs for integrations.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
• Design and implement complex Jira workflows, schemes, custom fields, and screens.
• Develop and maintain customizations using Groovy scripts (ScriptRunner) to automate processes.
• Manage and upgrade the Atlassian application server (Jira/Confluence) and database.
• Administer user permissions, access, and security across the Atlassian suite.
• Integrate Jira with other systems (e.g., Git, monitoring tools, service desk).
• Provide training and support to end-users on Jira best practices.
