Job Description
- You are seeking an experienced SAP SD CS Professional to join your team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SAP Sales & Distribution with Customer Service, with a minimum of 7 years of experience. You will be responsible for implementing and maintaining SAP SD CS solutions, ensuring seamless integration with other SAP modules, and providing expert-level support to stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: - Implement and maintain SAP SD CS solutions, including O2C processes, Pricing, Billing, Returns, Third-Party Sales, and Consignment - Provide expert-level support for SAP CS, including Claims, service orders, warranties, repairs, and integration with FI, MM, and PP - Ensure seamless integration with Business Partner (BP) and Customer-Vendor Integration (CVI) - Develop and maintain RICEF, IDocs, User Exits, and debugging skills - Provide knowledge of ATP, Delivery Scheduling, Output control, and Credit Management - Utilize testing tools, documentation, and project tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence) to ensure efficient project delivery Qualifications Required: - 5+ years of experience in SAP Sales & Distribution with Customer Service - Strong experience in SAP SD (ECC and/or S/4HANA) - Sound knowledge of O2C processes, Pricing, Billing, Returns, Third-Party Sales, and Consignment - Exposure to SAP CS Claims, service orders, warranties, repairs - Integration experience with FI, MM, and PP - Good understanding of Business Partner (BP) and Customer-Vendor Integration (CVI) - Familiarity with RICEF, IDocs, User Exits, and debugging - Knowledge of ATP, Delivery Scheduling, Output control, and Credit Management - Proficiency in using testing tools, documentation, and project tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence) In addition to the above details, the job also requires: - SAP S/4HANA certification in SD or CS is preferred - Experience with IDoc processing, Interfaces, and Enhancements is a plus - Background in domains such as automotive, manufacturing, or FMCG - Strong communication and stakeholder management skills,
